Payment & Delivery

We ship orders within 1-3 business days. The terms of production and shipment items with the “backorder” status are discussed individually.

Business days: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.

Orders placed after working hours are processed the next business day.

Payment methods

• Fondy payment system – payment by Visa/MasterCard of any country in the world
• Liqpay payment system – payment by Visa/MasterCard (backup payment method)

Delivery

We deliver orders all over the world by Ukrposhta delivery service (free for orders from 100€).

Average delivery time is 14-25 days.

If the order is less than 100€, our manager will calculate the shipping cost and send you a separate invoice.

If you would like us to send your order by another delivery service, please specify it in the notes to your order.

Duties and taxes are not included.

We deliver orders all over the world, except for such countries as Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran.
