Askania Pro+ is a new generation quilt-sleeping bag that feels more like a camping bed. It includes a warm blanket and a sheet for the mat, which are zipped together.
The system uses the quilt principle: a blanket keeps you warm on the top and sides, and your mat keeps you warm on the bottom. The sheet is pleasant to the touch, serves a hygienic function, and it also has a special compartment for a travel pillow.
Termoloft insulation ensures a comfortable sleep at temperatures down to +2 degrees Celsius. The ultrathin, thermally bonded microfibres allow it to regain its volume quickly after compression.
The Askania Pro+ is part of the Bravery line. These are sleeping bags and quilts developed during a full-scale war in Ukraine. Their names are associated with prominent natural sites and territories that are temporarily under russian occupation. This is how we want to draw attention to them.
Askania Nova is an urban-type settlement in the Chaplynka district of the Kherson region and the name of the F. Falz-Fein Biosphere Reserve. The state biosphere reserve was established in 1898 and is the only virgin steppe area in Europe. It has great scientific, cultural, educational and practical value. It has been under occupation since February 24.

This is heavier and bulkier than a down quilt, but in spring when everthing is wet or damp, keeping down dry can be a problem. Those times, it is well worth the extra weight.
